The culmination of those studies in the Dynamic Fitâ„¢ Fight Shorts, developed with a dual leg, hip and thigh stretch panel. Traditional MMA/Fight shorts only had the one Lycra panel placed in the crotch, but this was mainly to help with the kicking aspect and had no benefit to grapplers. The Dynamic Fitâ„¢ Fight Shorts unique panelling which encompasses the whole of each leg, allows for a superior range of movement when grappling.
